Quick Update

Just wanted to update everyone that Amelia had an ultrasound on her hip this morning and the report is good. The harness is holding the ball of the femur flat against the socket and so the joint can deepen and the bone can grow rounded around it. We have to wear the harness full-time (not even for baths) for another 4 weeks and then we'll see how things are improving. The dr is expecting about 8 weeks of wearing the harness to correct the dysplasia. Keep praying that Amelia's body responds and grows to heal the dysplasia. We'll keep you updated as we know more!
