Pascal Christopher has arrived!
Our newest addition, Pascal Christopher, joined us yesterday! Much to everyone's surprise, he topped the scales at 9 lbs. 1 oz (and 19.5 inches, though that part wasn't as surprising). All is well with us and we're headed home from the hospital today instead of tomorrow. I'm looking forward to sleeping in my own bed without the interruptions of people coming in my room all the time. : ) Here are a few pictures taken yesterday! (They are the same ones from facebook.)

A synopsis
Here's a quick overview of what we've been up to these last few months (I mean like 6)...
December- lots of traveling and Christmas and such
January- We discovered that we're adding to our family with baby number 3! Quite a surprise if you ask me (and Chris would agree).
February- lots of cold and snow and Chris training for the Boston Marathon in the midst of it all...
March- Spring is coming and the girls are growing and changing every day!
April- I weaned Amelia and Mom E. (and Laura and Evie) came to stay with the girls while Chris and I traveled to Boston for the marathon. It was an event like no other and we had a great time. The girls loved being with Mom. It was a very special time for them. Amelia also cut 5 teeth in 3 weeks! 3 weeks of no fun with a miserable baby.
May- Amelia turned 1 and started walking!!!!! happy days!! Time with friends and really warm weather. And lots of time outside, Amelia's absolute favorite place to be.
Now we're hours away from June and days away from our beach vacation. I can't believe this time last year I had a newborn in a pavlic harness for hip dysplasia. What a difference a year can make! Now I've got a walker/talker, a nearly 3 year-old who wants to be a baby, and am 4 months away from another newborn! Wow!

They days pass so quickly
Wow! I can't believe that Amelia is already 6 months old! We thought you might like to know how she's growing...

Amelia is such a happy baby, at least when she doesn't mind that I'm not holding her. We're getting into a mommy-centered stage, unfortunately. Otherwise, she's a content little girl, very smiley and curious. She has 2 teeth now (bottom front) and is eating lots of different baby foods and smashed up fresh foods. She loves to eat and drink water from a cup and gets quite upset if you won't share.
Amelia can sit up on her won without falling over, roll over front-to-back and back-to-front, and turn in a circle and scootch around on her belly. I'm expecting that she'll be close to crawling by Christmas. LOOK OUT CHRISTMAS TREE!!! : ) She's pretty average in size, in the 50-60% for both height and weight. This has worked out perfectly for clothing, as Kaiyah was one season and size ahead of her.
But most of all, she loves her sister! The smiles she gives her are like nothing else. I hope they'll be great friends.

Finally some pictures of our trip to Indiana
The girls and I went to Indiana in September for the week so Chris could get school work done without distraction. (His last class is next week! Hooray!) We had a great time with everyone and the girls enjoyed seeing their "greats", cousins, and friends. Here are a few pictures:
"Papa holding me!" is what Kaiyah says everytime she sees this picture. She loves and prays for her Papa.
